To the curious and creative adventurer, Crag lake can be understood as a hub to nearby attractions and interesting destinations.
  The Dunroamin' Retreat is located one hour south from Whitehorse, 10 minutes from Carcross and the smallest desert in the world. 
Skagway, Alaska is just an hour and a bit away on the South Klondike Highway, over the spectacular White Pass,
which paralells the historic White Pass & Yukon Route railway. 
Atlin, B.C. known as "the little Switzerland of the North", is a scenic drive 2.5 hours away. 
In spring time, the annual migration of trumpeter swans are visible just down the road at Tagish
or a larger population can be viewed at Marsh Lake, 45 minutes away. 

The Dunroamin’ Retreat is also a Bed and Breakfast, specializing in personalized visits in a vibrant and creative community
within Yukon’s wilderness. The intimate setting allows for parties of 1 to 4 persons and is ideal for a couples or girlfriends get-away.
The Dunroamin' philosophy is based on self-care and stress management practices, by providing a sanctuary setting for individuals
requiring peaceful intervals to recharge life "batteries". Adventurous and curious types would enjoy the
opportunity to sample local activities and to meet a tiny cluster of individuals
who love the challenge of living on a side of a mountain.

Welcome to your very own log cabin on a remote
lake nestled within a tiny artist community. Experience
life with the locals and share in the tradition of bathing
in a lakeside sauna, napping and dining in the greenhouse conservatory, hang out in the tree house library, or have tea in the Mongolian yurt. Workshops available in glass fusion, journal making and writing. Hiking, canoeing, mountain biking available. Each package is designed to suit individual needs, starting at $650.00 per week.
